This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

Booked a King Suite but was given a Queen room instead. The hotel refused to correct their mistake and, as 訂房網站 advised me, they don’t cooperate with third-party booking sites for issues. Luckily, 訂房網站 provided compensation, but service from Radisson was disappointing. If you’ve stayed at Radisson Blu Cebu, don’t expect the same standard here.

Bad rating because they didn't address my issues arising from a Canadian airline strike. The strike caused me to arrive several days late to Calgary, and the hotel didn't cancel my reservation for this unexpected reason.
